Chebulic Myrobalan / Bari Har (بڑی ہڑ) is also known as Terminalia Chebula, is a fruit which is used extensively in ayurvedic medicines. It is in fact one of the herbs used in ayurvedic medicine “Triphala” which is a powerful antioxidant and detoxifier.
