Jatamansi / Balchar (بالچھڑ) is also known as Nardostachys Jatamansi, is a famous Ayurvedic herb used in neuro-psychiatric diseases and skin diseases. The roots are main medicinal part, which contains aromatic compounds responsible for its therapeutic effect in mood and stress disorders.
