Description
Potato Cutlets are a tasty treat as a tea time snack or you can also serve them as an appetizer. They are crispy outside and soft inside. Mildly spicy, serve hot with sweet and sour sauces, like tamarind sauce and mint chutney.
Ingredients Of OK Potato Cutlets Masala:
- Coriander Leaves Flakes
- Mint Leaves Flakes
- Anar Dana
- Black Salt
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Black Pepper
- Green Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- Cumin Seeds
- Carom Seeds
- Dried Coriander Seeds
Ingredients Required:
Potato 2kg (peeled & boiled)
Egg 2
Cooking Oil For Shallow frying
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl, add OK Potato Cutlets Masala and mix well.
- Make 36 patties and set aside.
- In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs and set aside.
- Heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil for shallow frying. Dip each patty in the egg and fry them on both the sides until golden and crisp.
- Serve Potato cutlets with chutney or any other of your favorite sauce.
