Ingredients:
- Tomato powder
- Ginger powder
- Garlic powder
- Turmeric
- Garam masala
- Paprika
- Saffron
- Salt
- Char Maghaz
- Almond
- Cashew nut
- Onion powder
- Coriander seeds
- Red chilli
- Cumin white
- Star anise
- Cinnamon
- Black pepper
- Clove
- Nutmeg
- Mace
Ingredients Required:
Yogurt 1 cup (½ cup for marination and ½ cup for butter milk-lassi)
Fresh cream ½ cup
Cooking oil 1 ½ cup or as needed
Method:

Mix yogurt, cream and OK Meat Angara Masala, apply to meat and marinate for (Chicken 30 minutes, Boiled Goat/ Lamb/ Beef 1-2 hours or overnight).

Heat oil, add tarka masala and stir fry for few seconds. Now add marinated meat and cook on medium flame until water dries.

Now add 1 cup of water to remaining yogurt and prepare butter milk – lassi.

Add this prepared buttermilk for gravy and cook until it thickens.

Separately heat Coal (Koyla) on medium flame. Put 1 clove and 1 cardamom in a aluminium foil cup and place heated coal on it. Place this cup in gravy and sprinkle a little amount of oil on coal and cover it immediately.

Garnish with garnishing masala and serve with hot naan.
