1. Aslesoos (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
2. Bekh Anjabar (Polygonum bistorta)
3. Gul Banafsha (Viola odorata)
4. Sandal Safed (Santalum album)
5. Unnab (Zizyphus jujube)

Dosage

1/4 cup with water twice a day.
