Ingredients:
- Ginger Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Red chilli
- Garam masala
- Coriander seeds
- Onion Powder
- Tomato powder
- Chaat Masala
- Cashew Nut
- Green Chilli
- Clove
- Green cardamom
- Bay leaf
- Coriander Leaves
- Sesame seeds
- Kasoori Methi
Ingredients Required:
Milk 120ml
Fresh Cream 6 tbsp
Lemon Juice juice of 2 lemons
Yogurt 320gm (200gm for marination and 120gm for Gravy)
Cooking Oil 4 tbsp for marination
Method:

Mix yogurt, lemon juice and cooking oil OK Changezi Marination Masala, apply to meat and marinate for (Chicken 30 minutes, Boiled Goat/ Lamb/ Beef 1-2 hours or overnight).

Heat oil, add tarka masala and stir fry for few seconds. Now add marinated meat and cook on low flame until it leaves water then cook on medium flame until oil separates. Now set aside.

Mix gravy masala and remaining yogurt (half). Heat oil, add tarka masala and saute, now add the gravy masala and saute well.

Now add meat, yogurt and saute well then add cream and milk, cook on low flame.

After getting desired thickness in gravy switch off the flame.

Garnish with garnishing masala and serve with hot naan.
